Exactration provided complete Fabrication of a Tube Degreaser Skid for the cleaning and treatment of the inside of extruded stainless steel tubing for a 4-station, 5 step cleaning process.  The skid design was provided to Exactration by the Customer and was constructed of 316 Stainless Steel components.  The system included the following:

(1) Acid Rinse Supply and Return Piping Circuit

(1) Final Rinse Supply and Return Piping Circuit

(4) Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers
