Exactration provided a local Machine Shop with our Patent Pending Sumpmate mobile Filtration and Oil Removal product.  The application involved filtering and removing tramp oils from multiple CNC machines on an as-needed basis.  

Exactration’s Sumpmate is a mobile filtration and tramp oil separation product designed specifically for filtering machine tool coolant sumps in place.  Offered in a variety of sizes, this product is a cost-effective solution for filtering and eliminating tramp oils in sumps.   Utilizing our Patented Oil Separation Device, the BiSep, combined with our proven Bag Filtration technology for this project, this product excelled at its performance by filtering out small particulates (fines), extending the life of the coolant, minimizing coolant odors and eliminating the need for a centralized recycling system.
