Exactration provided complete Fabrication of a Rinse Tank Skid designed to clean top and bottom surface of a steel coil strip prior to Customer's manufacturing process of the strip.  The skid design was provided to Exactration by the Customer and was constructed of 304 Stainless Steel components.  The system included the following:

(12) Spray Header assemblies

(6) Adjustable Bearing Housing assemblies

(3) Sets of Squeegee Rolls (provided by Customer)
