Exactration’s exclusive Exact-Plex feature is designed to be used on large diameter duplex suction strainers and bag filters. It allows four large-bore butterfly valves to operate in unison from a single handwheel, simplifying the changeover from operating mode to standby mode for each housing.

Unique Design Features
- Hydraulic lift assist allows the operator to quickly and easily raise the head and swivel it away from the housing to allow quick removal of the basket
- Heads are O-ring sealed and removable without special tools
- The included hydraulic jack handle doubles as a leverage bar to tighten the eye nuts securing the head
- Basket locking feature secures the basket simply by rotating the handle a few degrees in either direction
- May be configured with visual differential pressure indicator or electronic sensors for remote monitoring
